Hey everyone,

Does the raised area between columns 10 and 11 represent a die chip? I haven't come across die chips that smooth, but it also doesn't look like doubling to me. Thanks in advance...

Looks like a gas bubble under the plating. If it is, it will give with a toothpick pressing down on it.

Thank you both, somehow I forgot the toothpick test, and indeed you both are right. Thanks again.
