The way the coin looks now it is slowly developing rust and zinc rot. In 20/30 years it'll be pretty much unrecognizable.

I wouldn't waste money getting it in to what will be a details grade holder.

No way Is it worth grading. The grading fee would be around $50. Graded, it would be worth approx. $5, so you just lost $45. As pointed out, it's rusting away, and not a rpm. Keep searching.
