I'm not sure if this would be considered an extra claw or not? I saw some pics online with an extra claw and a similar die chip off the 'A' in 'LAND'. I'd appreciate your thoughts, thanks!

Looks like circulation flattening.

This is what they call the "extra claw". The extra claw is just a die chip in between the bears claws, like your coin.

I'm going to split the difference and say it looks like a die chip between the 4th and 5th digits that has been flattened in circulation.
