It's what's called a Dryer Coin. Unfortunately just damaged.

Nice example of a Dryer Coin, it must have been in there for a long time to have that much damage.
Unfortunately there is no premium for these as they are PMD.

Classic dryer coin--and a good one. Suggest dropping it into a 2x2 as a curiosity.
