I have six, all four chain varieties, an S-11c wreath, and an S-13 cap. I hope to eventually get a few more wreaths but I don't think I'll ever get another cap.

GERMANICVS, I'm impressed, thanks for sharing! Are you a large cent fanatic? If you don't mind me asking, how did you come by so many? Do you have a complete set of Large cents? I bought the least expensive one I could find, with a date. Even though it has graffiti, I'm happy to have it in my collection. I will be on the lookout for a upgrade at the next coin show here in Houston.

Congrats! For me, not yet, but hopefully in the next couple years I'll fill those holes in my type set. I've had a VG8 Chain cent and a F12 Wreath cent on my want list for a long, long time...

Thank you. I am an EAC collector and have been collecting coppers for a very long time. My collection is very far from complete as far as Sheldon varieties are concerned. At the moment I count approximately 90 varieties of the 295 collectible varieties, so a long way to go yet.

I only have a couple of Gallery Mint reproductions and a bunch of research literature on them. I've owned a couple in the past no chain cents though only the wreath cents, and now they are priced out of my comfort range.

GERMANICVS - Wow as usual I always enjoy seeing your amazing collection. Is that S-9 posted from the Beebe Collection?

Looks like it. The Bowers & Merena Sale in August of 1987 Lot #28 where it brought a total of $770.00 such a bargain in retrospect.

westcoin, yes! Oh, you bring back memories.......

I remember poring over the catalog and drooling. At the end, I was able to win the S-9 and also the S-3 that I showed. Both are from that sale.

Thank you for showing that. I think I still have the catalogo somewhere.
