if you can get any of the words ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ (ALEXANDROY) or ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ (BASILEWS) in the middle of the coin at the reverse that makes it Macedonia, Alexander III
the rest are as Palouche said.
