Another find over the weekend. This one has weird shadow-like stamping on the "In God We Trust", mint mark, and date. Is this what a double die is?

Welcome to the forum. This is a result of Die Deterioration from a worn out die. This is not a doubled die.

I agree with Bumpkin, classic Die Deterioration. BTW, these coins are minted not "stamped" just so you'll know.
