Please show us the entire coin, both sides. Thanks.

From the limited images, on the number it looks like Machine Doubling, on the motto, Die Deterioration and circulation flattening. It's difficult to tell without seeing the whole coin. Try using your phone's camera. No DDO, just wear and tear from over used dies and circulation use.

Welcome to the forum. Definitely not a doubled eye or a doubled die. There is a lot on info on this forum, and the internet as well, about what a true doubled die is and looks like.

Just Machine Doubling on an aging die. I even checked to see if it was a master hub issue that year, but they should be normal. Not a premium for this one.
