Yes, looks like a proof. Really can't narrow down a grade assessment given the photos posted--need large and sharp photos to evaluate a proof. Could be anywhere between PF61-68.

I assure you its not a proof. The coin itself is not as red as the picture. In my attempt to give you guys a better picture, I was messing with adjustments. If this is not a proof . Do you guys think it has a chance for 67?

It looks like a proof to me also ,but impossible to affix a number to it with those photos .

Again, if you see you have an out-of-focus image, why post it? Especially submitting a coin for grading, sharp photos are a must!

My phone camera has much much better and clear pictures but when I upload to computer this happens. Please hang with me. A month ago I couldn't even transfer a picture from my phone to the computer. Several people have been trying to show me but all complain because I have an "ANDREW" phone and not an "I" phone. I will try to post better pictures since I just purchased a camera.
