Hello all! I have this 1899 Indian Head penny where the last 9 looks to be stamped improperly. Is this an error and how much would it be worth?

Thank you!
Jason

First off, to an incredible place to learn much about anything coin!
Second, to your coin, it looks like a small Cud within the last 9 where a part of the die striking the coin broke away leaving the bottom of the 9 unstruck. I'm sure others here will chime in.

Just a small die chip in the 9. Wouldn't bring much of a premium as there
would be many more out there the same.

to CCF. Best to post a close up and with the coin out of the 2x2 holder. Not a Cud,because those always include the rim. Might be a die chip or PMD,but would need a close up to be sure.

A large close-up of the date would help, shown right-side up.
