So this is a second quarter that I believe has some kind of strike through, but don't know what... Any thoughts? Thank you again for the feedback!

I agree with John. What you see is staining and environmental damage.

If it is an incuse mark on both sides, it maybe a type of pliers that damaged the coin?
If it is raised on one side and incuse on the other, then it may have been hammered with something that damaged the coin.
Chances on both sides affected by a struck though would be very rare as the edge of the coin would also be affected if it were a string struck through. So it is probably a damaged coin.
