Right is that there is a die chip/gouge, but it's right above the D on the curve of the 6. It's bigger than it looks in the lighting I used, but it is a die marker for the RPM. Wexler Doesn't show any RPMs for that year. No images of the die chip on the '4'. If it were on the die with as RPM, it would be visible on all die states.
