Is this PMD or a small clipped Planchet. The damaged area has no reeds. Weight is 2.24gms. Thanks in advance.

@gsp, that looks like damage to me--not a clipped planchet.

Ya, it is just a squashed rim. you can see it extend out beyond the curvature of the coin. A clip would be just opposite or flat.
