I'd certainly keep it. It might be worth seeing if you can get the error attributed on the label.

I posted this picture in one of the other forums on the exact same issue.
You'll notice on my coin. which is an encapsulated advanced release PCGS 70 coin.
You'll notice that this one is a bit longer but the pattern of dentils remains similar and are more rounded and actually resemble the obverse dentils more.
Also, the strand is clearly on the coins edge as if dripped like liquid and not "squished" by the holder.
Perhaps someone can enlighten us to the encapsulation process as to whether this could happen at that point because I find it difficult to believe that this got by both the mint and PCGS.

I'm also wondering if these coins were damaged during the encapsulation process.
