1993:
The area around the ear is showing sever die polishing. This reduces the fields and sub devices on that area. Thus it looks like the metal there is flooding that area. But the die reduction removed the devices. Not a clash. Now a doubled die. The ear lobe is showing a contact mark that area. Just damage to that area.

1994:
Just an air bubble under the plating or there was a piercing of the plating on that area. How to tell which? With a toothpick, press down on that area. If it gives its a bubble. It if does give, then look at then center of that area. You should be a gray dot. If so then the plating was pierced and oxygen is making the zinc under that area start to rise from zinc rot. If that is the case, then in image it will collapse. No premium for either.

No Die Clash, but what you see is a "Doubled Ear"!. The Mint Mark, not sure if it is D or a little broken piece of metal or die?. It does not look like Mint mark, also, it is in the wrong place, sure it is not normal.
