I believe this is a misaligned dye, comparing the rims on obverse to reverse and obverse or reverse is slightly rotated. I was not sure how to tell about rotation so I put tape on the cent and marked it on both sides and leveled it to marks on board.
But I wouldn't be putting tape on a coin like that, it leaves residue as we have seen many times here. A better way to display a rotated coin is with the use of a mirror to take a picture of both sides simultaneously.
If that LMC were a collectable coin, you would quite possibly have just damaged it
Hey gsp. I don't think it was mentioned yet but yes, you have a Misaligned Die as well (or better known as a MAD). A rotated die and a misaligned die are two totally separate things.
The obverse is showing a MAD rim issue, but not a premium for the coin. The devices on your coin are not falling over the rim of the coin. So considered normal.
