I was wondering if this PMD. Looking at the devices on the reverse they do not look affected by the incuse mark. It looks like the coin was pinched by something but if damage it looks strange, I would think the devices would have been damaged. Thanks in advance

I agree it's strange that the design is unaffected, but the fact that the rim is crushed makes me believe it's PMD rather than a strike through. can you get a shot of the edge?

Thanks @Adam E, here they are.
Whatever pinched it is about half the size of a toothpick.

Looks like a wire cutter was used. The first clue that it was altered?
1. The outside edge is pushed outwards on the affected area. The metal would be circular on the outside edge. When squeezed, the metal have to move to a new location. Thus the hernia on the edge on that area.
2. Note both sides are showing a push inwards at the same location. It is was a struck through it would only show on one side of the coin. This was pressed downwards on both sides. Screaming fake to a coin collector.
