While this is a 1968-S with the 'S' mintmark on it, it is compared with a normal business strike 'S' cent. Note the fields are reflective on the proof coin. Not so on a business strike. Well if you have a BU new looking coin that does not have the reflective fields, then you have just a normal business strike cent which is from Philly. (Common Coin: 1,707,880,970 of these were struck) A normal coin would not be worth putting in a slab. (I wouldn't spend $50+ to have a less than 50 cent coin graded)
