Still trying to figure out some terms here. Is this is a Spike(d) Head and Die Crack? Is it spike or spiked head? This cent also has a small die crack on the reverse.

Looks like SKH-1c-1950-13. Only difference is die crack on back. Just a different stage perhaps? Thanks for the link Chase!

After further inspection, I believe this die crack goes rim to rim on the obverse. I have to figure out my lighting better but I think you can see and follow it.
