Just kidding, so I saw this and idk what I'm seeing and hope you guys can enlighten me. Also about to sit down and look at all my 2000 to 21 dimes if anyone has any pointers for me to look for I'd appeciate it. Sorry for photo quality, hoeing with this question it's not necessary but if need be I can try to redo it

Looks like an environmental stain. You are going to need to filter your light source and focus better. The better the photos you post,the better we can help you.

I wouldn't recommend licking it but it is just some sort of a stain.

Yep, looks like a stain, but as stated, licking it might not be advisable. (but if you do, can you give us a chemical analysis of it?)
