Another find from the circ bags. These remain fairly uncommon to find even though the doubled eye is pretty obvious even on a well worn coin. The extra curve at the top of the 9 is also usually fairly distinct.

Classic. Great find. Looked through @400 1939's recently without finding a single one of those. And I was looking hard at those areas.
