Sarge, screen shots we try to stay away from. Many times they're just too pixelated. Difficult to tell, but yeah, looks like a die chip. Very common in this time period.

Could be an oddly rectangular chunk of detritus. Maybe try an acetone bath?

It is an interesting mark you found. I'm having trouble trying to figure out why it is so rectangular

I agree the surface needs to be acetone washed first. Maybe a die gouge if it isn't debris.
