Is-This-1958-Wheat-Penny-A-Double-Die?

Would this be considered a double die? Looking at the lips and chin, I thought perhaps it might be. Thanks.

First, welcome to the Community.
Can you tell us where you see the doubling? your coin pictured here looks like a normal strike.

. There is only one MAJOR variety doubled die obverse for the 1958 Lincoln Cent. You would definitely know it if you had it. I think there may also be a very minor doubled die obverse for this year but it's too hard to tell from your picture.

Ok yes thx ahead of time @tnt for posting an unobstructed closeup of this area. From this overall image shot through the 2x2, I'm not seeing any doubling.

A sharp close-up of the area you believe shows doubling would help.

If it is on the outside edge of the design and flatten, that would be Machine Doubling. Keep in mind that the spread of the devices on the big DDO is huge:

Note the motto and Liberty for the spread on the devices. Your coin looks normal on these areas. Not a DDO.
