There are a lot of nice 1938-S coins available out there for some reason, so picking up one of these wasn't too hard. Fairly strong DDR which shows up quite nicely across the tips of both wheats and the EPU.
Look at the upper tip of the left wheat. The left side shows nice doubling. Also visible as a bit of a snowman effect on the first dot which looks like a dot on a dot. Across the whole EPU, all the horizontal bits are much too thick. Bottom of the L and U's in PLURIBUS show this effect best.
Here is a close-up of tb's coin for those of you who can't blow up the image easily. The doubling on the tips of the wheat stalks is among the best I've ever seen.
