1970 D Lincoln Memorial Cent Doubled Die - DDO-003

I must have picked up some rolls from the same source as I came across a second roll with a couple of these in it. I was too busy to post anything when I hit the first roll, so here is DDO-003. I believe it is the strongest "bar over 7" coin in the series of these things. Note it also is visible over the 0, but over the 9 is a light scratch mark.
