Does anybody have any thoughts on this quarter and what he may be worth? I found it and thought it looked really unique but I'm not sure what I have. Thanks.

How to tell if the rim was moved? Note that rim (the rounded part of the coin that should be circular) not that is is pushed inwards because of the damage. That tells you that it was altered. It was normal when struck then got damaged like a wrecked auto. A spendable damaged coin.
