But I also found this ebay listing for a 2461 that is clearly a 1: https://www.ebay.com/itm/274885116990 2461 has a much lower mintage than 2469 too. Report this Post to the Staff

Strange that the 9 (which it probably is) is not aligned with the inner line formed by the hole so that the entire date is printed in a circular fashion (like the W or indeed the 1 in that obvious 2461 you posted) Report this Post to the Staff
