I have a $5 bill that is a bookend( when the first two serial numbers are the same as the last 2 serial numbers). It is in medium condition(It is not crisp at all). How much is it worth?

If the interior digits are random then it's worth face value.

It might be worth a small premium if it is pre-1935!

Your description is a bit vague. Please post a photo or at least furnish the entire serial number. Condition factors in quite a bit. As mentioned above, the center digits need to be solid to have any value. A booked note is a fringe fancy category. Here's an example of a bookend note.

Definitely fringe. I would prefer 12000021, . . . as a star note.

Sorry, I don't have it as a star. In this configuration it's considered a Radar and not a bookend note.

Radar - yes. You can tell I don't go in for these, not up on the terminology there. Radars look better though imho.

Thanks for the pic. Imho it is worth only $5 in that condition.
