It weighs 3.24 g and looks black in color. Contrary to the pics. For some reason it's lighter and brown looking.

The target weight of 1970 cent is 3.11g with an accepted tolerance of + - .13g
so your cent is just at the edge of the accepted weight.
Copper can change many colours depending on the environment
it has been exposed to so colouring does not mean a whole lot.
