This is a new addition to my Peace dollars.

What do you think this one would grade folks?

Thanks!

Not too bad of eye appeal here, I'll say about XF-45ish.

Still lots of protected luster, I'd say AU-50 with a chance at 53

I'll say AU-50, possibly 53, but fear that obverse may show signs of wiping.

Yep lots of protected luster indeed. The wiping look concerned me at first as well, but in hand it looks like from normal circulation.

The ding below the bust is a bit distracting, IMHO.

AU53 possibly a details coin. those hairlines on both sides if you look close. I dont think they are from just circulation as there are too many and they are all in the same direction with a slight arc to them. it looks like the coin retoned after a cleaning. also the dig under the bust.

Some significant contact marks on the obverse but nothing too bad. Soft detail on the reverse is mostly strike related I expect. Strong remaining luster indicates AU-something. I'd estimate AU-50 with a shot at 53.
