1999 D Connecticut Large Die Crack Error?

cpfull Pillar of the Community United States 603 Posts	Posted 11/11/2021 9:53 pm I think it is a scratch in the surface of the coin, occurred after it left the mint, or PMD. in your pictures the line is dug into the coin, a die crack would be raised from the surface. On your Connecticut quarter, those are really long scratches, if they were die issues like a die scratch, they would be raised instead of incuse. Report this Post to the Staff
