AU55. It's unusual because the obverse looks mint state but the reverse looks every bit AU. Usually it's the other way around. Breast feathers look significantly rubbed as do the reverse fields.
AU-53. I think the photos present more luster/cleaner surface than there actually is.

eye appeal is on the lower side. quite a bit of tarnish on both sides. strike is correct for a 90(CC). the breast is normal for this year and most of what we see here is not from circulation. Net AU53 due to lower eye appeal and luster
