You have shown us a quarter? Is your title wrong or is it your photo? Also, we always need to see both sides of your coin, and please explain your question to us.

Check other coins. On U.S. coins the reverse are rotated 180 degrees on these coins. So when you hold the coin in your hand rotating the coin side ways it show the reverse upside down, but tilting the coin top to bottom, then you see the obverse and reverse images normal. (A trick to show a magic coin to a child. So when the child figures out the trick, then use a Canadian coin. that will make them wonder how you did that?) But that is normal here. In Canada, the coins are set in medal alignment. Which means if you drilled a hole on the top of the coin, it will show both sides in the same direction.
