Large Cent 1864 Nova Scotia - Off Center Strike

SP67 Valued Member Canada 234 Posts	Posted 11/12/2021 07:26 am I just want to present you my oldest off center strike. This is a large Cent from Nova-Scotia with about 10% of decentering. We can also observe on both sides the cracked planchet. The interesting aspect of the coin is the level of circulation. The grade is not so high, unfortunately. I guess the money value at that period of time was higher than the benefit of collecting errors. Report this Post to the Staff
