More Machine Doubling. Note on the RPM, you see two distinct punches. On the upper serif, you mintmark should have this same curvature of the RPM punches.

Note the left side of the mintmark is not straight like your coin and there are split serifs on the top and bottom on the RPM. Sorry yours in not a RPM. (MD)
