Can Anyone Identify This Lincoln Wheat Cent / LWC 1937-P Doubled Die Obverse / DDO ?

If none, then it can only be just class VI. That may eliminate a number of the dies from this year as most have class II. Report this Post to the Staff

There are two masters with doubling but neither of those match. I see what you see but it may be too minor to list, may be worth sending in though. What you see around Abe, I think is trenching/channeling, common during that time frame. I couldn't see any class ii traits so that's why I figured it was solely class vi, though the late state might not show those characteristics so well. It is very light so you are probably correct that it is just too minor to list. I did look through all three sites and didn't see anything so that is why I was seeking assistance.
