So I was working on some photos of this dime when I noticed this little part that sticks out on one of the leaves, wondering if it's part of the normal design or if it's something else? Thank you for your help!

The last image is showing rising metal that was pushed. So it might be Machine Doubling on that area, or coin contact. It should be raised on that area. The other three images are making it look like a very small die chip, but the last ones shows it raised above the devices. I see what looks like several other areas where small die chips are also located. But these are not a premium for the coin. (just die events)
