It may be a die chip but hard to tell from these pictures, they are very pixelated.

Good coin pictures are a challenge. For less pixellation, when taking its photo get close enough to the coin so that its image fills the display of whatever device you are using. Note that when you get that close, proper focus might be a problem, so you might need to back off some. Somewhere in between is a good photo. Also, place a sheet of paper over your light source to reduce glare.

You might want to try using your camera without the app. I personally tried a couple different magnifying apps and while they magnified, the quality (sharpness) just wasn't there. Most cameras can zoom in at least 5 or 6X which would work well for us. Also, please always show us the entire coin, both sides. Thanks.

You can also buy on the cheap, a clip on magnifier for your phone.

Die chips are not a premium for the coin. They are die events. Giving a name to these is usually done by people trying to sell off common coins as something special. After you get seasoned into coin collecting, the newness will wear off and then you will see them as I mentioned. So don't buy any of these. They will be found on the coins in circulation. When this die chip happens, during the rest of the dies life, that chip will always be there or even expand even larger. Look for the real collectables. So when you get settled it, you won't have a book full of just common coins that later you realized you set aside and they are worth less than the 2X2's you put them into.
