Welp, @silviosi any update on your submission to ANACS? Been over 3 months now. I'm submitting my last 1957-D FS 901 to ANACS within the week so hoping yours is back before mine.

Yes CAS. Come back without attribution in MS60 and respective 63. They told me (explain) very well what is not, just small appearances of. So are just now in the box of accumulation.

Welp, got busy but finally sent mine in, ANACS graded it AU50 FS-901. If my memory serves, and for those actually keeping track, that makes a total of 5 known examples graded and attributed by all TPG's. PCGS has 2 legit in MS-64, with one misattributed, and 2 AU-55's. This is the second example graded and attributed by ANACS, with the first being MS64 and labeled the Discovery piece. That coin has been crossed over at PCGS. My first AU-55 was actually the 1st example graded and attributed by any TPG. PCGS botched the attribution of the first MS-64, fortunately it was trueviewed and in my opinion remains a reminder of their mistake.

Nice. What me I do not understand with attribution it is this FS-901. In general this attribution represent a different Design for the specific year. 1957 has the Type B on Phil mint strikes and not on Denver. I will post tomorrow an 1957 Type B which seem to has this kind of re-engraving. Not sure without help.
The coin it is in my next batch for ANACS.

The FS-901 is not a different design, rather a reworked die. A mint worker used engraving tools in an attempt to restore details lost from an overused die. The type B's simply used an old reverse die originally used on proof coinage. There wouldn't be a type B for Denver for obvious reasons.

Thank you CAS to answer. My question was more about the scale FS and his application. I do not have this attribution scale and what represent exact on attribution. Seem to be wide use different.
About Type B, ( IIo ) or RDV-002 I have all. I miss an 1961 on MS65 for 40$ to complete the series with MS64 and high. I have this in MS 58 for the moment.
Also I ask more you or other has idea, because in my studies about Design Varieties I find that the proof Anvils reuse in Phill for the 1956 till 1964 was in majority of the time re-polish and some re-engraved. The D 1957 is sure to be an exception by the way was done and show and not really offend was use this rework in Denver. Like I say I find for Phill at the smaller scale re-engraved and paradoxes is that we find only at the level of the feathers. Many will confound with Die Cracks but are not if we analyze the Design of the Anvil and where those Crack will occur.
Any input on this is wellcome.

That one it is 1 of the 1 at this moment know. From my estimation must be around 57K but the circulation will made almost impossible to detect.
