Tropicalbats posted a similar coin a short while back you can see here http://goccf.com/t/437102&SearchTerms=ND As Mike Diamond describes "It's an (internal) partial brockage generated by an overlying broadstruck cent." edit: I'm seeing a rim design so maybe not broadstruck and Mike's quote was referring to TB's coin only?
