1984 penny I'm thinking is a strike through error maybe grease? It gets smooth where it fades out and and also gets thinner Hoping anybody can tell me something about it

That image provided is like trying to find a date while the coin is still laying on the ground. (can't see a dang thing of any importance)

squeezed in a vice then someone used pencil eraser and rubbed off the original surface or maybe Brasso shine? It looks like post mint damage value 1 cent. Welcome to the forum.

Look, there's a lot of older people trying to look at your coin. Using an I-Phone shot a foot away on your bathroom sink does nothing. Make a setting with good light, then crop your photo & send.

The only thing I can determine from these very small photos is that the coin is a cent. Larger images with definitely be of help.
