Hello I'm very happy to have been accepted to this Coin Community and looking forward to submitting coins for your opinion and advise,

serching through some One cent roll coins today I came across this coin, that looks to me like a mule die clash, but not sure I would like to request for opinions

Looks like a vise job to me, but need a picture of the whole coin to be sure. If there are any reverse letters/numbers then it's a vise job for sure.

I agree with vise job. A die clash would show in the fields, not on top the lettering, and especially not on the rims.

First note the rims. They are distorted. They are not a mint error. They are from coin to coin transfer as already mentioned squeezed of a fake soft die, or transferred from another coin. The mint doesn't have time for this. Altered post strike.
