Agreed WAM for sure. Also, be mindful that if it were a valued Close AM then holding it as shown with finger oils on it would result in a significant impairment. You can already see finger print swirls developing on the obverse and they will never go away. Always hold your coins by their edges, or wear gloves.

Yep, was just going to mention the fingerprints on this coin, it's very distracting and will devalue a coin. So, as mentioned above wear gloves or handle by the edges.

Definitely not a CLAM but can you get some clean closeups of the areas I have circled? Maybe nothing but worth a look.

The two reverses you are looking at are (The green one) RDV-005 1986-1988 cents. The second coin is a RDV-006 1988-1992. (1988 year variety) So you are comparing to different reverses to justify a RDV-006 coin. (Not a RDV-007 1993 forward except for a few year varieties on the 1992 cents) Your coin is just a normal 1992 RDV-006 reverse.
