1995 Solomon Islands Coins

Does anyone know how the 1995 Solomon Islands 20c and $1 were distributed? I don't think they circulated (at least not the $1). It seems like the FAO office sold the 20c piece and $1 was available in some sort of FAO set, but I've never seen either coin sold in packaging.

Agree, the 1995 was $1 was silver so not circulated. Numista says the 20c was circulated but only ~20,000 minted so maybe hoovered up by collectors?

Yeah it's a bit of a mystery - I'm not sure what the mintages of other contemporary Solomon Islands coins is but 20,000 seems low. I assumed it was non-circulating coin but any details at all seem scarce.
