F12-F15. The surfaces look superior but the wear is consistent with Fine.

I'm at F-15. The lower hair curls and left side of the wreath are barely shy of VF-20. Nice milk chocolate eye appeal.

I asked Bob Grellman if this die variety is weakly struck around the ear and he said it was. I think that explains why all the examples I see of this variety look more worn on center of obverse.
