Just curious your thoughts on this rare one? Straight graded but should I be worried about the two small green spots . One at the 6:30 and one at 8 O clock on the reverse.

AU53, but AU55 wouldn't surprise me. Tough year! One I need as well. I wouldn't worry about the spots, keep an eye on them, but don't worry.

Once the coin is in the tomb of plastic there is little one can do other than crack it out, I would not. However sa Ty2020b said, keep an eye on it every few months to be sure they aren't growing or spreading.
As to grade this is a tough one another weakly struck, still has luster, I can see the possible cabinet friction areas but I think it just makes MS60. Really need this one in hand to personally look at it better. I could be way off too.

I'm at AU something. Obverse shows slight rubbing on cheek, hair above eye and curls near the date as well as the rim there. Reverse, I see a little rub to the bow knot and the lower leaves. If I had to commit to an exact grade I would say AU-55

i see the K8 spot but cannot see a K6 spot. I'm not an expert on this but its so miniscule I cant see any future issues with it.

Agree with AU-55, but I'm really awful at judging these.

Definitely a tough date in any grade. My first impression was AU-58, but the obverse detail is stronger than a 58 would suggest. The lower hair curls, jewels in the tiara, and hair above the tiara look pretty strong. The only hints of possible circulation on the reverse are at the top of the first column and on the high points of the ribbon. There is quite a bit of luster under the toning.
I'm at a tossup between AU-58 and MS-something with cabinet rub. If this is a 58, it's very nice for the grade. It's a tough call on what an MS-something could be. The surface on the reverse suggests light corrosion on the first right leaf cluster. That could lock an MS in around 62, tops.
I see the green spots. (The one at 6:30 isn't at the rim. It is at the top of the bend in the left ribbon.) They could be reasons for concern.
This might be a coin to resubmit to PCGS in its current holder. PCGS can evaluate the coin for possible restoration services. If submitted in the current holder, PCGS guarantees that the coin will not be downgraded. Their fees are based on their opinion of the coin's value after restoration. They may pass on restoration if the spots are too deep and removal would harm the coin. There's also an issue if they think the process might strip toning and that the probable result wouldn't be an improvement. That's a lot of "ifs" but their charge to make the assessment isn't much. Option to consider.
Again, really tough date and a pretty good looking example. Nice coin!

I would pass on this coin. Regardless of the grade I think that the coin is corroded. The large spot on the right side of the wreath at 5 o'clock, the small spots in the hair and the discoloration on the cheek would cause me to wait for a better one.

I'm at AU-55 not too concerned about the two tiny green spots . If it was my coin I would put an eye dropper dot of WD-4O on those 2 spots , leave it on for at least 24 hours then carefully wipe off with Q-tip . BTW there are a few die cracks on reverse .

Must be using that WD40 that can be applied through plastic.
