panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18712 Posts	Posted 11/25/2021 11:26 am since the 83(O) usually display a weak to average strike, the obverse is a decent strike. reverse typical. luster seems intact. reverse would grade at MS65. obverse has a little much abrasions etc. especially the neck area. thats going to hold this one to MS64+ Report this Post to the Staff
