They are planchet striations found on many Lincolns. They do not form but are already present on the planchet. They are most pronounced on weakly struck coins. This Greaser I found is the subject of many discussions across multiple forums.

the black lines you see are fingerprint marks that got etched into the surface of the coin. (going by the new images you just posted up)
