Im sure this is probably PMD its just odd where some of the marks stop. Rim is all flattened out and coin is thin as well but seams to weight the correct amount. Has anyone seen this before? Pics dont show it very well but there's a goldish tint to coin also.

somebody took the time to use a Dremel or a grinding wheel to go around the circumference of the coin and grind it down.

It is most certainly PMD, as you said. Looks like it was dragged or scuffed, whether intentionally or not.

It weighs 5.62 and is is a little biggerin diameter than it typically would be

Post-strike damage--possibly intentional, possibly 'dragged' across a concrete (or similar surface) a few times while lodged under a large, very heavy object. Certainly didn't leave the striking chamber in that condition.

Yes, I've seen similar damage on quarters, cents, nickels, etc.
