This is not a doubled die. There's a host of websites available that you can compare your coin to in which to determine if you have a real doubled die. Please start with VarietyVista.com It is a very simple website to use and has just about every doubled die that is known.

Flattening on the tops of your devices is coin contact. Note how that area is flat?
Machine Doubling is seen on the outside edges of devices on the CENT.
Machine Doubling is seen on the STATES and EPU area as well. (Tops of all these devices)
